The mat comes with own carry and roll up Velcro straps to make it easy to carry with you. It’s a thick mat at 6mm and is also rubbed to help prevent slipping when using it with you feet and hands. It’s very comfortable to use on your knees and elbows doing planks and push ups and is a good length and takes my 6ft frame easily with room to spare. It doesn’t slip when using it either which is ideal for the exercises I bought it for, doing the Better Me Callisthenics challenge for 90 days. I don’t foresee any issues with the Oze Sports Mat 7 days in, but I’ll let you know in another 83 days of use. Excellent product, highly recommended at a great price on Amazon.

Unfortunately the delivery service - Royal mail - attempted delivery at the wrong address and classed it as failed and then followed up by leaving it outside the wrong address the next day, completely ignoring the delivery information given.When I found the item the package had been opened which isn't ideal.Luckily the item was not damaged. I attempted to complain to Royal Mail but the call wait time was 30 mins.The yoga mat is good, thick and bouncy enough to support while being lightweight and easy to carry. I'm not sure how long it will last but good value for money.

Very pleased with this mat. It's nice and thick, and supports my joints whilst exercising. It looks good, and the carry strap makes storage really easy. Well priced, too!

I bought the purple mat which is a lovely shade. It's a slightly thicker mat, which is perfect for pilates. It's definitely durable and I think will last for some time. I definitely recommend this mat.
