Excellent conference video camera, High quality video, sound(speakers), and microphone. It also came with a remote to control a variety of settings manually. The companion app is very detailed and wide set of configuration options depending on your needs. Highly recommended for small, medium, and big offices.

Great image quality and speakers. The microphone is clear. Mounting was simple, and the usb cable was long enough to route through the wall to the center of the conference table. True plug and play — no 3rd party download/app required. Windows, Teams, Zoom had no problems detecting or using the camera/speaker/microphone. The only negative I have is the cameras face detection (auto-framing) could be snappier. When you walk out of frame or when someone else begins to speak, it takes the camera a few seconds to detect and reframe the person speaking. Ideally, I would like this to happen instantly, but not a big deal.

This portable Polycom worked absolutely awesome for a remote executive meeting at an off-site location. Easy to connect, and very user friendly.

This is a mediocre device that is only suitable for very small spaces. After considerable research, we purchased this device for a small to medium sized office conference room. The video quality is mediocre for 2025 and definitely nowhere near HD. The zoom really degrades the video quality and without zoom, everything looks very far away and has somewhat of a fisheye effect. Also, unless you can mount exactly at seated eye level, the system focuses on your crotch or stomach and cannot pan effectively beyond the automatic camera modes, which are annoying. I hate it.

Everyone likes the features that are available with this conference room camera and how it focuses on the speakers as they talk. Nice sound quality from the speakers and the microphones pick up whoever is talking.

Received in February and it is now June less than 4 month. It workok but the remote seems to have failed. Can’t zoom in or any special controls from the remote. How do I purchase a new remote control ?

As soon as I plugged into my computer it bricked itself. Refused to factory reset. Sending back today, absolute garbage and a complete waste of time. Maybe you will have better luck than me.

We tested the unit and it did not output a 4K resolution. At most what we could get was 1080p even though I did plug it into a USB3.0 port. Also the unit did not come with a power adapter for some reason. Very disappointed.
