Works for my Macbook Pro (15in 2017 model)
Works as described. I bought this for my Macbook Pro (15 inch 2017), primarily so that i could connect to a larger monitor via HDMI when i'm working at the office or home. After 2 weeks of use so far, so good.Minus a star because of the length of the cable. The usb-c cable is only about 3-4 inches so i had to buy a usb-c extension cable to use it the way i wanted, but not everyone will have this issue.Overall a good product at a fair price. About to buy another to keep in the travel bag so i don't have to disconnect my entire setup when i want to bring it on the go.

The hub is perfect for my laptop. It can connect all cable and drive to my laptop at one time. It is run smooth and easy. It is cost lot cheap the other brand and doing the same work

Works great as it charges the phone at the same
Must have gadget if you GS8 and other smartphones that uses USB C. I use this to view on my projector using HDMI. Works great as it charges the phone at the same. I do more with it such as viewing Micro SD or USB on it but I really just got for my projector on movie nights and streaming videos.

Garbage! Total garbage
Garbage! Total garbage. Stopped working mid-July. $30 for this pc of...Avoid at all costs. I should have heeded the warning of the reviewers.

Good but didn’t last more than 8 months
Initially worked OK but only lasted about 8 months. If it is still covered by the waranty I would return it for a replacement.

Works as expected with my MacBook Pro. Gets a little warm if you are running your charging cable through it, but nothing to worry about.
