Love this pair of insoles for the cushioning and fit in shoes. Provides perfect support for my flat arch foot and aids walking for long time with much needed ease and comfort.

The product is okay, but the quality isn't as expected. It offers minimal arch support, and the arch is poorly positioned, making it uncomfortable to wear for extended periods.

Waste of money. No support to the arc whatsoever. Cheap and flimsy.

It's easy to fit in the shoe, very effective for pains. Suitable for long hour walks or standing. Using it for 2 months daily for workouts and it gives me good grip and ease my pain. Ordering another pair for my mom. Only disadvantage is limited size options
