Works great
It's probably a bit heavy for long backpackers and hikers but it's great for what I need. Wanted a sturdy emergency harness for my smaller hikes that will hold the dog securely. This definitely does! Great support for the bum, can't see the dog slipping out. I imagine the straps will rub your shoulders raw after a while, but if it's to help save my fur ball I can deal.Seems very sturdy and well made. Won't know until I need to put it to the test. Hopefully I never will!
