Buen producto Empaquetado fue solo una bolsa pero llego en buen estado. Es la primera vez comprando esta marca y me gusto no se nota de mal calidad. Y los colores si un poco fuerte Pero muy bonito diseño La compre para una niña de 2 de prescolar esperemos le dure unos par de grados más.

I bought two of these bags in two different patterns for my two junior kindergarteners. Both designs are just as nice in person as they are online. The colours are vibrant and my girls love them. I would say they are of average build for four year olds and this bag is a great size for them. It will definitely still be useable next year which is great. I do really believe that it will last until then and still be in good shape to be used for another year. My 4 year olds are not gentle with their stuff and so far no sign of any damage. I am very happy with my purchase. I do find them to be worth the price I purchased them for and will likely continue to purchase this brand moving forward.

Edit: I wrote to Bentgo via their website. They quickly resolved my issue with the straps fraying and are sending me a replacement backpack. I’m over the limit to make a return through Amazon. Great customer service! I loved this backpack and purchased the matching lunch bag. School started 2 weeks ago. I just noticed that the one strap is fraying a bit. I’m beyond the time to return/exchange because I bought it in the summer. We never hang it up by the straps at home. My child is in JK. I had high hopes for this little backpack but am worried it’s not going to last the school year now.
