Have you ever had the delima, what shall I drink tonight. Water is nice, but I want something more. Sure there are plenty of sugary drinks out there, but you don't want sugar. Tea or Coffee is nice, but the caffeine is not good before bed time. This drink is a good solution. It is a tea without caffeine.What is the taste like you might ask? It seems to me that the flavor is a bit minty, with a hint of cinnamon and dash of chicory. If you let the tea bag sit for longer than recommended, the flavor becomes much more bitter, a lot similar to chicory. This is a pleasant bitterness, like tea provides. I am happy to report that the tea arrived fresh and recently packaged - just two weeks before my order ... and although I'm certain it won't be around that long it has a two year shelf life ... This is my first experience with mugwort ... I really didn't know much and did quite a lot of research before ordering .... for me my first cup was a pleasant experience ... the tea had a good herbal taste ... I'm looking forward to seeing if any of the characteristics that I wanted in this tea will be present ... but so far I must say that I'm happy with the order and expect to enjoy the tea and it's benefits ... if after some time my opinion changes I will certainly try to update my review ...

I have bought many types of mugwort tea through the years and this is one of the better tasting.This also smells real fresh when you open up the bag so it seems to be a recent harvest.A mugwort tea time is a wonderful addition to your diet, if you have any problems sleeping or staying asleep.A hot cup of this right before you go to bed should really help with your sleep. It sure does with mine.I like the ease and convenience of using tea bags and this is perfect for those of us who like our tea that way.Highly recommended.

First of all, as soon as you open the bag the smell is wonderful. It is clearly 100% pure mugwort. The packaging is going to keep the tea fresh for a long time.I brewed a cup and steeped it for 5 minutes and the flavor is incredible. Now, I don't sweeten my tea, but this will be easy to sweeten with stevia, any sugar-alcohol, honey, or just plain sugar.Also, if you like to blend your tea flavors, this will pair well with peppermint or spearmint teas.Although I prefer hot tea, I think this would taste great brewed cold as well.I am extremely pleased and I plan to order more.
