Carhartt Men's Rugged Flex Relaxed Fit Canvas Bib Overall

Fashion-forward, but not for work
These are so comfortable - they were like wearing pajamas. That being said, you probably shouldn’t work in these. They feel amazing but I’m not sure how much they’re gonna hold up to - they feel less durable than my Old Navy jeans. The fit is good but the straps don’t adjust as much as my Dickies pair does; also they’re very stretchy, to the point where heavy items in the bib will make it sag. They’re also very slim, to accommodate for the stretch. I could walk around all day in these things and feel great, but I wouldn’t exactly feel protected in them.I’m a theater carpenter so my work load isn’t heavy duty, but I’m interested to see how this holds up to kneeling on the pavement getting scraped by loose screws, etc.Gonna keep them, but might be getting a duck pair too for Christmas depending on how they handle.

Great quality
Perfect fit and comfort. Suspenders being stretchy makes it even more comfortable. Material feels durable. Something you wear and looks better overtime.

Beware the Gate Keeping construction workers
My Carhartt overalls have been a fantastic addition to my motorcycle riding gear, even though they occasionally get me some awkward stares from construction workers who seem to be gatekeeping the brand. These overalls have proven their worth in many ways.Firstly, they are incredibly durable. Whether I'm on a long road trip or a quick commute, they provide excellent protection against wind and road debris. The heavy-duty fabric and reinforced stitching have held up remarkably well, even in harsh weather conditions and on extended rides. The functionality and design are spot-on. The ample pockets and overall style offer convenience and ample storage space for my essentials. Plus, the classic Carhartt look is a bonus that I find stylish and iconic. Now, about those stares from construction workers – it's amusing, to say the least. While Carhartt has deep roots in the construction industry, it's versatile enough to be a great choice for motorcycle riders like me. I've been met with a mix of curiosity and bemusement from construction workers, and their questioning glances have provided some humorous encounters. In summary, these Carhartt overalls have been a reliable and comfortable choice for my motorcycle riding adventures. They've proven their worth time and time again, and the occasional quizzical looks from the construction crowd only add a touch of uniqueness to my riding experience. I highly recommend them for anyone who values both style and function in their gear.

Really comfortable fabric right out of the box, excellent cut and construction.
I've been wearing Dickies overalls for years but the bib never really fit right (straps frequently slid off my shoulders) and the canvas suddenly got a lot lighter so I compared them to the Hisea and the Carhartt's. First off, the canvas on the Hisea's is really heavy and stiff. If you're doing really rough work, this might be a good thing, but I wear overalls all day, every day, and for me, the fabric just wasn't that comfortable. The cut of the Hisea's is kind of boxy and it suffers from the same wide bib as the Dickie's. I don't know how broad your chest would have to be to fill out the bib but I'm a fairly big guy (6'1", 215lbs) and it just kind of floats. Third, the straps are narrower than the Dickie's or the Carhartts. They might cut into your shoulders at the end of a long day. And finally, the clips feel like cheap stamped parts. They might stand up just fine, but I'm not keeping them long enough to find out. After comparing all three brands, the Carhartts were my favorite. The canvas feels great and the cut is just more detailed than the other two. Lots of different pieces, darts all over the place, re-enforced cuffs - it just fits well. The Carhartts are more expensive than the Dickies and twice as expensive as the Hisea, but for me, it's worth it.

Great fit
Very comfortable and pockets are really convenient. Straps have a tendency to loosen with use.

Extremely comfortable
My wife kind of hates how much I love these overalls. I don’t just wear them for working anymore.. they have crept more and more into my everyday attire because of how comfortable and useful they can be. When I’m out doing photography it’s so great to have the extra chest pockets, and when I’m working on the motorcycle I love not having to worry about my plumbers crack… They feel very durable, although I will say they are significantly thinner than the normal duck overalls. I have a pair of insulated duck overalls and they weigh probably 2-3x as much as these. So the weight, stretch, comfort, and durability will all be considerations when choosing between these and the other more traditional overalls from Carhartt. I tried three different types and landed on the insulated and these stretch ones. I felt the standard thick ones were just too much for normal daily use, and I would only want those if I was professionally working in them. These are far more casual.

Attention to deal
Love the fit. In a hot environment, these are da' choice. My only complaint, because of tbe name and price, inside the pockets have a lot of leftbover in fold , whatever. Biggest issue with that is, how much of of a pain is it to search for items in pockets. My back pockets have at least an inch of infold garbage. Poor QC, considering the price you pay.But I'm a repeat buyer for sure...m??

Great for those summer evenings.
My Hubby loves these as they're not as thick as the duck styles. Pretty flexible as well. Great quality.
