Short Lived joy
Although I bought this over a year ago, I only recently started using it in anger. Have used it now for 1 week, and have found it to be brilliant, until it failed yesterday. So, only one week's use from the product - and I paid considerably more I think for it when I purchased it. Have now ordered a new product, which will hopefully prove more successful

I do not recommend this product
I wanted this to keep my ipod in while swimming after only 5 swims the cable that connects to the ear phones broke and I had to throw it away. I do not recommend this product.

waterproof case
this product is brilliant. looks weird when swimming. a bit bulky. i have the tiniest mp3 player and it is swamped by this case. but i dont care. because it IS waterproof and that s what matters

Practical
After teen son was on 3rd ipod classic bought this as last resort! Not pretty or cool but great for outdoor sports & rain etc. He actually uses it so must be OK!

So far so good!
Recieved mine a few days ago and after the tissue-test was a success I tried it out in the pool with my ipod and no complaints! Got a few strange looks from everyone else, mind!Would give 5 stars, but based on other reviews I am a little worried about its longevity. Watch this space I guess!

Northcore waterproof MP3 case
The waterproof case worked perfectly at first but after about 3 weeks use (half mile swim three times each week) it developed the same fault as its predecessors. The wire 'tail' that links the case to the earphone socket constantly flexes in use and the wire inside soon starts to break down, leading to intermittent sound transmission and ultimately no sound at all. I tried encasing the tail and socket assembly in waterproof tape but this did not help. I have now found a different case that has the socket incorporated into the bottom of the pouch. Hopefully this will fix the problem but only time will tell.

Too heavy, too difficult
I bought this to replace an underwater iPod case my children had given me. I loved the old one,but lost it. This one was a verypoor replacement. Everything about it is heavy and difficult to manipulate. Also it does not come with headphones.

Not worth the money
Although no water enters the case, the plug thread is so sensible that after only three times to the water inside the wetsuit, it already lost the connection (because of bending, swiming and so on). If I could I would return the case.
