BIOSTRIPS Clean Energy- Brain and Memory Supplement for Memory and Focus | Energy Strips| with Green Coffee-These are convenient and they work. They remind me of the dissolvable breath mints that were around when I was younger. They dissolve quickly and seem to start working rapidly. As far as the energy it's fairly strong. It's a cleaner energy feeling than an energy drink but it's not too far off. I think the real benefit of this product over a drink is that this doesn't have all the sugar that comes with most energy products.The packaging is awesome. I love how compact this is and that each strip is individually packaged. I can tuck one in my wallet for a backup boost in case I ever need it. The ingredients seem clean and I don't have a crash when I take this. The biggest thing I have noticed for things to be mindful of is the time I take the strip. If I take this too late in the afternoon I don't sleep well at all. That to me was expected but I just have to be mindful.Overall it's a great product. I do think the price point is a bit high for daily use. To me, it's more for specific situations where coffee alone isn't going to cut it. Also, the ability to have one tucked away for unexpected situations is a true plus. I hate being out when plans change and needing to consume an energy drink for a pick-me-up. This is a great solution for that.

I was waiting until I was truly feeling run down to give these strips a try since they are pretty pricey. I only got 4 hours of sleep the night before and had been slammed with work and stress all week. So yesterday was finally the day! The packaging is super nice. Each strip is sealed neatly into a little completely flat rectangle pouch and the pouches are all packed into the tiny box. There’s just enough room for a small brochure that folds out to display a diagram with the ingredients list and directions for use. As a graphic designer, this product gets an A-. Would be A + if the directions on the box weren’t too tiny to read with human eyeballs, but the small brochure with larger print saved it from dropping to a B. Haha. On to the strips themselves: they look like a square of fruit roll up and kind of taste like one too, except more tangy. I liked the flavor, I think the tanginess is actually part of what wakes you up. Before taking it, my eyes were so tired and I really wanted to take a nap. A little while after taking it, my eyes felt just slightly better and I felt like I was still dead tired but could push through the rest of my tasks before taking a nap. So it took the edge off for sure, but it didn’t give me any burst of energy or anything. I like the natural ingredients. They didn’t give me enough of a boost to justify the high price tag though.

This has the ingredients it states on the package but, I don't know that it works...Maybe you need to consistently eat this and then you'll start seeing effects but, if you're looking for a quick boost, this ain't it.Good things: Flavor is fine, it's portable, and very low profile.Bad things: Not sure it works. Lots of packaging.It might be worth a try for you though...

Tasted like an slipped and limited effect

BIOSTRIPS Clean energy 30 count in Berry Mint flavor. Vegan, gluten free, non gmo, sugar free, and natural. This came promptly and is a little tab box just like the picture. Expiration date on the bottom reads June 2025.So green coffee extract is listed in the ingredients therefore one would assume there’s caffeine in this. However, nowhere on the packaging or website is it listed anywhere. You’re only supposed to take a maximum of two strips a day which is concerning especially since they don’t give you a specific amount. What if you had an energy drink too? A cup of coffee? Or accidentally consumed caffeine otherwise. What would happen? Would one be at risk for heart palpitations, jitters, and other medical issues?Aside from that, the taste is a big issue for me. These come in little packets that are a bit hard to tear open. I wish they were pull apart pouches like I recently got my melatonin sleep strips in. Those not only taste good but are easy to get out. These do Not taste good. They kind of taste like a sour, bitter, berry/minty tingly flavor. And the texture is like a thin, chewy fruit leather. They don’t dissolve quickly and take some working over with your tongue. I can’t finish them and spit them out every time I try.As someone who is sensitive to caffeine, especially in large doses, I would not recommend this product. Especially if you have heart issues or are pregnant. There needs to be more ingredient clarity and the taste could be vastly improved.

UPDATE:Had a trainee ride with me the other week. She was beat and I offered her one of these strips. Shortly after, she mentioned that her headache was gone and she was able to concentrate on what we were doing. Coincidence? Perhaps. IDK.A bit pricey, but seems to work. They DO taste a bit sweet at first.These BIOSTRIPS must work.I didn't really notice any additional physical energy, but they must have helped me with my mental energy.This has been an extra long work week for me, with several days over 13 hours long, and I felt sharp regardless.It also seemed like driving was not as stressful as usual, even though the traffic was just as bad.I think these strips really did help with those things.They are like tiny little fruit roll up type things.Foil-wrapped with a tear notch makes them easy to open, but you then must tear the wrap open completely in order to get the strip out; they are stuck to the foil.Small packets in a small holder that opens easily which makes these perfect to take with you.They tend to stick to the roof of your mouth when first inserted but melt pretty quickly.I honestly don't notice any flavor to them until I take a drink of water. Then it tastes somewhat sweet.As for value, that would be your personal preference.There may be other options, but these do seem to work.
