I was taking a different kind of this support, and was very pleased with it. However it was out of stock, so I decided to try this one for its similar ingredients. I can't say much on the effects of these as I know they recommend taking for 2-3 months before results appear. That said, I was interested to try these to see if they would help. However, the smell and taste of these were too much for me. I powered through the bottle I purchased but I could tell right away I wouldn't buy them again. At times, the taste was so strong I gagged while taking them. If it weren't for the smell/taste, I would have kept trying for the 2-3 months so I could see the actual results.

Like any supplement, you have to take it consistently for a while but it’s worth it! I mix in their latte mix version for some variation in my week. It’s also super effective (and tasty).

There’s no bad taste like others have said. However, it doesn’t work for me. I’ve been using for a week. I was wanting to know if anything was better than the balanced babe I’m using now. My other one I have, worked in days not months like this one. I’ll finish the bottle just in case it starts working but I also have to put St Johns Wort with it to help my mood at the moment.

I've felt great since starting to take these. More energy and just feel overall good! And they are so simple to add to my daily routine in easy to swallow capsule form. Honestly one of my best buys - would highly recommend!
