These Manuka Honey Gauze Dressing squares are a 2” x 2” very thin mesh of honey. Each of the 10 dressings in the box comes in its own sealed metal pouch. The pouches are very easy to open and the dressing has a protective film over both sides. They fit perfectly under a large bandage or look like they could be cut down before removing the film if a smaller size is needed. They feel soothing against the skin and seem to work as well as an antibiotic ointment at keeping the wound hydrated and protected. Each pouch is labeled as sterile and fits nicely into a medicine kit. The production date on the ones I received is 09/2023 and the expiration is 08/2026, so they have a very good shelf life. There are very thorough directions for use on the box and printed on each individual pouch. You have to cover these after applying as they are using the definition of gauze meaning a very fine mesh, not a bandage. I like how easy they are to apply and they seem to work well.

We love this honey dressing within our family as it seems a nature and effective way for cure burns an light cuts. This comes in a big size but it was easy to cut down to a little piece for a smaller wound.Just a reminder that these doesn't really stick on its own, although the honey is pretty sticky. but you will need something to have it hold in place.

Never tried honey before and it really is what you'd expect. Smells like honey and is sticky like honey. Seems to hold onto itself well enough, and you can cut it down to a smaller size before unwrapping. No idea if it's better than normal bandages but it certainly didn't make things worse than usual. The biggest downside is if you have to use it on your fingertips, which then the honey oozes through the other bandage/wrapping and makes things you touch sticky.

These are large size that you can cut to fit any size you want. It is really easy and convenient to use. With the amount that came in a package, it will sure last a long time. Recently I scrape my knee while mushroom foraging in the woods, I quickly take a piece and cut to size and apply with a band aid. The instant it touches my skin, I can feel it made the burning sensation less severe and that much bearable, while walking downhill, it had less friction with the band aid. I constantly change after each night, and in about 3 days, it wound heals, hopefully there won’t be scars left. Would recommend anyone who loves outdoor activities equip this in the first aid kit.

These Manuka Honey wound dressings are incredible! I brought this box into work and with many chefs and cooks working together for an event, oven burns were bound to happen!Instead of messy ointment, I asked one of my cooks to try this and he agreed - Single pouch tore open easily and the sticky mesh type dressing went on his forearm before being wrapped in gauze and then tape.He said it felt soothing and the burn didn't feel hot or blister as it was expected to.The 4"x4" size was perfect for the diagonal oven burn on his forearm and while there might have been 'extra' dressing, I was more than happy to give him the whole patch to assure he was thoroughly covered.
