PlayscenePirate Bandana's for Children or Adults (12 Pirate Bandana)

For my son's 6th Birthday Party, the theme was Pirates! Argh! So, I decided to have the children all dress up as pirates to be part of my son's crew! I settled on eye patches, swords, and bandannas. Paper hats would fall apart and real hats would be too expensive (there's a rule at school that ALL classmates have to be invited so I had 32 kids invited on top other friends!). As far as price, it couldn't be beat. Less than $1 for each (10.95 for 12).The bandannas are of that really cheap polyester similar to cheap Halloween costume polyester. While the description was for Adults and Kids, only Adults with really small heads and no hair could actually wear these. I had a hard time tying them onto the Kids heads! There are two patterns. One is just black and white skull and crossbones, the other is black, white, and red with various different version of skulls and crossbones. Most of the kids did not want one to wear, so it was wasted money anyway, but some kids took one home.To wash these I would recommend cold water and no heat to dry because I can see these melting. I would iron them on a very cool iron only.

The bandanas are adult size and beautiful. But, don’t wait till the day before the party to order them. The plastic packaging they come in STINKS and makes the bandanas stink too. So, I washed them in the big sink and did a scented softener rinse, then dried in cool dryer. Not a big deal, but really annoying!

These worked great for my sons birthday party. I really liked the fact that we could tie them ourselves to fit the head of each child. These fit two year old's all the way up to twelve year old's heads. We used ours for the party and sent them with the child home as a party favor. These worked great for the older kids that was a little old to play with the swords the enjoyed the head bandanas more than the younger kids.

Loved these party favors but they did in fact smell like the other reviewers claimed. I had to wash them before getting them set up for the party and still they smelled some and after washing some were stringy but they served their purpose.

No smell to em like some folks complained. Nice material. Fit my fat adult head and all the kiddos. Great print options for each kiddos taste. Loved em.

Not pictured here is that the package contains 4 in a different pattern. If you want 12 in the same pattern, be aware. I didn’t like the other pattern (only has the skulls without red bandana)

Loved everything about the pirate bandannas, perfect size

Great selection. Nice large size. They are polyester, so a little different than the typical cotton bandana's, thinner and light weight, but the quality is nice. Washed well. They shivered my timbers!
