Don't bother with this book. He talks about ow to make money but its full of so much of his own talking that he never gets to the point. He's is making his own money by selling you his book. Don't be fooled like I was.

I have read a lot of self help book. A great primer that could be read over and over again. Top 10 I have ever read, maybe in the top 5 and I have read a lot. If a person apply's half of what Dean puts in this book, their life will dramatically change.

Anyone can read this book and understand it's concepts. Not trying to downplay the information in the book AT ALL! Loved reading this book and it has some GREAT information, but the most important part is finding out how to apply it to YOUR life, specifically. After all, a book is just a book until one USES the information within it to their advantage.

Great and very motivational. Interestingly actions Dean recommends match very closely with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy many psychologists and psychiatrists research and practice.

Dean is best in real state business. But I have not finished the book yet. I follow him more than 10 years. Take his word very seriously, his is a man of the wisdom.

I have written a review for awhile but due to covid-19 have a bit of time at home.Bought the book to get some ideas that will help me through this pandemic times.Nothing really new but he does tell lots of stories so you can relate to and loads off exercises to write down before the next chapter.Hardcopy only.My son bought the audio book so told me about it.
