BEST SUGAR SUBSTITUTE AVAILABLE
This is the best no carb sweetener on the market. The last piece to my 20 carb a day diet was my coffee. NUTRASWEET has wood alcohols in it and tastes bad. My geneticist suggested to stay away from it. The other ones like Stevia can effect the heart. They have not found any thing wrong with Allouse to date. You can use it like sugar in any anything, including baking! The 5lbs bag lasts me about 8 weeks. I am not ordering it all the timeDelivery is a couple days, good for me!I suggest for anyone seeking a healthier, better tasting, non artifical sweetener.I read that new Allouse formula is making its way through the FDA. It is stated to be sweeter than the version available today.KETO ON@

Good sugar replacement but not as sweet
Don't expect this product to be as sweet as the monk fruit/erythritol blend or the monk fruit liquid that I always carry with me. I believe allulose is about 75% as sweet as sugar. I like this product and have purchased it in the past and will purchase it again.

Love the Golden Allulose sweetener for salt caramel sauce
If you want to make a sugar free salted caramel sauce, then this is your only way …buy the Golden Allulose monk fruit sweetener. My tastebuds were singing after I made it. This sauce will fail with the erythritol blend sweeteners. I highly recommend this product.

Takes twice as much as sugar to sweeten.
Tastes just like sugar but twice as much needed for same taste.

Great non artificial low to no calorie sugar alternative.
Granular just like table sugar, not quite as sweet as table sugar, no bitter or off tastes. I use it for my coffee, cereal, cooking and baking and it replaces table sugar 1 to 1. Like sugar it helps browning during cooking, maybe not quite as much but close enough. I used erythritol prior and prefer it as it tastes closest to sugar but with recent studies suggesting an increase in platelet aggregating possibly increasing risks of stroke or heart attack I avoid that as well as all sugar alcohols. Allulose and monk fruit extracts avoid any health risks, so far.

Great Keto Sweetner blend!
I’m very happy with this Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetner with Allulose. I prefer Allulose mixed with monkfruit instead of Erythritol, and I was buying each ingredient separately to mix equally at home to use for cooking and in my coffee. Thank you Lakanto for a convenient new keto sweetner blend!

Be careful!!
This stuff cleared out my bowels quite unexpectedly the first time I tried it. Do NOT use it as a one-to-one substitute for sugar. I tried using less and it still caused me some upset so I’m a bit scared to try it again unless I will have nowhere to be for at least 6-8 hours.
