Item was shipped with quickly and with care in a pretty box. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Item came with charger cord-don’t use it with a fast charger though. This is a great replacement to a typical foam roller as it has 3 vibration strengths and vibration patterns. It can be easily held in 1 hand, like a hand weight. You can use it in all different areas of the body. Item is well made - has a good amount of weight (it doesn’t feel cheaply made, but it’s not heavy). I could tell my muscles were not as tight after the first use. Recommend!

The round sides of the "peanut" also roll to allow for the roller to glide along with the body.The packaging and directions were poorly translated, but the product is intuitive enough to use without reading anything. The device turns on to "low" with a single button press, and cycles through "medium" and "high" through a button press. There also is a fourth option, but the directions weren't clear enough I am not sure what is different from it than "high".Edit: The fourth option is random variation. I wasn't patient enough to figure it out.The device comes with a Micro USB charging cable that can plug into any USB slot to charge.There aren't any real downsides to the product. Overall, very effective and powerful.

Never heard of a peanut massager until I ordered this, very glad I did it's a definite life changer. I'm an active person and with that I am always sore in different areas of my body. Normally I use a foam roller but after using this peanut shaped massager I will never go back! It massages out the knots and soreness in half the time as my old foam roller. The best part is it is rechargeable so no more having to buy batteries. I use it nightly and will continue to use it nightly from here on out :)

I can vouch that this is a quality massage roller. Quality of build and function far exceeded my expectations. It is built very robustly and to last with long-term use. There is no cheap plastic smell or rattling when the vibrating feature is turned on, even at the highest vibration setting. The massage functions are each very distinct and useful. Battery life is great.

Donde si que puedo decir que es muy eficaz es en piernas para relajar después de correr o un entrenamiento.La duración de la batería es buena, porque de momento tras usarlo más de 20-30 min no se ha agotado la batería. Y tiene sistema auto apagado para evitar calentamiento, creo que a los 15 min.Viene bien presentado y con instrucciones en español.He de decir que no es aparatoso como otros dispositivos y se puede guardar en cualquier sitio, y a parte en color gris es muy discreto.La verdad que muy contento con la compra y recomendable para lo que es, que nadie piense que es mágico y te evita fisio si realmente es necesario.
