This stuff tastes awful it was like having a mouth full of cloves and very bitter, and I also got very dizzy 2 hours later and had some dizziness the next day, I don’t recommend this stuff at all

This product tastes like garbage, but I have noticed a slight difference in energy and stamina. Worth it? Probably not, but to each their own.
