Poorly Constructed; Falling apart
I have been a customer of Jose Eber product for more than 10 years. This is my second volumizing hair brush. The original brush failed due to poorly made cord. I ordered another brush in February 2022 and it is falling apart. My hair is fine and cut in a short bob. Each time I use the heated brush, more bristles/tines fall out. Almost 3 rows have already fallen out. Very sad for this product.
