Definitely not apartment grade ! Love the look of this sink so much! Great finish and compact design.

Perfect size ans fuction for a smaller bathroom.

Very nice. Need to improvise and pre plan if installing to drywall. It does require a sturdy 2x6 behind the wallboard.

I read about this sink in other reviews and one thing for sure was true: It's not perfectly flat, and the left side counter space does slope down a little towards you, which is kind of weird.Other things worth noting are that the bowl is really, really shallow. I didn't really notice it at the time, but now looking at the photos it's all I can see. And because of that, it's a little splashier than what would be considered ideal. Also, the bottom of the sink is a little thin where the drain is and I couldn't use the pop drain that came with the faucet I had purchased, I had to get another one. Ultimately though we were able to make it work and install everything. So, it's not a perfect sink or design. Also note that it's heavy, and will require bracing to be installed behind the walls unless you happen to be installing into a solid concrete wall.That said, it's still the perfect sink for my space. I have a small bathroom with baseboard heating on half the wall, so the fit is tricky. The previous sink was a pedestal that I had no love for. This sink, for all its flaws, gives me some much needed counter space, doesn't kill the precious floor space, and doesn't have to fit around the baseboard. Which, if we're being reasonable, is a lot to ask of a sink!If I had more flexibility in terms of layout, I would definitely go for a different sink. But for me this one turned out to be perfect. And it really is very, very nice looking!

Other reviewers had mentioned that the "counter top weas uneven or sloping so i was really nervous about ordering, I am so relieve that the sink I received had no such problem but was true to size and fit my small bathroom perfectly. I am really happy with this purchase, the design is so convenient. I will be purchasing my own hanging hardware though, the stuff it came with will not work for such a heavy sink.

I searched for months looking for a narrow vanity that would fit in a very slim space in my basement laundry bathroom that actually had a bit for counter space. I could not be happier with the quality and style for a really reasonable price

The proportions are perfect. It will fit perfectly in my small shower room.

The added shelf space and rounded sink are much needed features when placed in a small bathroom.
