I use these every night and now I don't wake myself up choking or have headaches in the morning. If you have trouble with it leaving a red spot or pulling skin off your nose, I've had success with wetting the middle of it, right where it touches the top of your nose, until it isn't sticky in that small area before applying. I sleep much better now!

I sleep better when I use a nose strip. I started off using the major brand, but switched to this brand utilizing additional savings with subscribe and save. Lately I have noticed that occasionaly the paper sticks to the outside side of the strip and trying to pull it off pulls the strip off the backing on the corners which can make them less effective. More of a nuisance than a defective product. And its only like 3 or 4 to a box. Not sure if there's too much adhesive or stored in a very warm amazon warehouse. Taking 1 star off for quality control...

These are amazing and work a hell of a lot better than breathe right strips! I suffer with...I don't know what but everytime nine o' clock rolls around my nose just gets stuffed up and I can't breathe, which results in a lot of things like dry mouth, bad breath and could lead you to going to the dentist! xP these work pretty well and I haven't had a terrible night of sleep since purchasing these. I literally can't live without nose strips now! You may look like you broke your nose ha but they work very well! I should say for a pack of 26 (? can't remember exact amount) breathe right strips its about 8 bucks or more depending where you get them. These you get 50 for 12 bucks, so you're getting more bang for your buck. Who doesn't love to save money?Pros:-doesn't leave stick residue-good adhesive-opens up nose better than breathe right-easy to apply-doesn't hurt to take off-save money-sleep betterCons:-If you wash your face and put lotion on, it probably won't stick. I wash my face, dry then tone my nose then apply the strip and do the rest of my skincare. I do notice that if I apply lotion or serums close to the strip it ends up coming off sooner than I would like.-It's hot! I seem to sweat a lot under these strips-Acne, since using them I have noticed I have got more pimples on my nose. Which that could be cause the pores can't breathe under the strips-If you screw up and put it on wrong, you're basically screwed (I placed it wrong the first time and it ended up kind of poking me in the eye-If you have sensitive skin, it could make your skin red and dryOther than that, this product is great! I will recommend to anyone who has nasal issues! Just make sure to really cleanse if you have oily skin or it will not stick! I have noticed using witch hazel works better for it to stick to my nose.

Everyone's nose is different, and correct placement on the bridge of your nose could be a challenge. For best adhesion, it is best to wash and dry the oils off of your facial skin. However, the strips could sometimes cause your nose skin to get slight abrasions. I used them while having a cold, and after two days of usage, my skin got irritated to the point that I stopped using them. The concept is good, but I feel the strips should be longer for better placement over your nose and on your face.

Holds pretty well and opens up your nose but it has the unfortunate side effect of cutting the bridge of your nose. Has caused me to bleed. Not usable.

I’ve been using this product everyday for over four years. I’ve used a few other products and this one is far superior. I thought it was time to finally write a review.Background:I (proudly) have a large nose. I have sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts. My skin is more on the dry side. About 10 years ago, I had surgery to correct a deviated septum but it still left me with issues breathing while sleeping. My sleep doctor said it was safe to use a nasal strip frequently. I now wear this nasal strip every day for about 10 hours (I keep it on when I work out in the morning).Why it’s the best for me:-It stays on for up to 12 hours (although I don’t think it’s recommended). The adhesion is strong and it’s very comfortable. This only works if I wash my face before I put it on. Even wiping my nose with a wet cloth does the trick.-It doesn’t hurt when I remove it nor does it irritate my skin. Other products are too thick and are painful to take off.-It’s large enough for my nose. Thank goodness.-Most importantly, I can breathe and sleep deeply! It also works great when I work out too!Seriously, the worst part of my day is when I have to take off this nasal strip.

First, the value is superior -- much more for the money. Secondly, they stay put much better -- other brands lift on the ends at the slightest moisture or if they get touched accidentally. Finally, THEY'RE EASY TO REMOVE -- unlike some brands that will only come off if you bathe your nose in oily cream or water so that you don't pull the skin off your nose!! This clear brand is perfect for my sensitive skin while it assures that I'm going to breathe easily so that I can fall asleep. This is my new GO-TO brand for strips, and I'll continue to buy them on Amazon: hopefully, the price will hold out as they become more popular. PS -- For those who gave review that the strips came off, you can't place any strip on the nose if you've used any substance on the skin -- skin creams, petroleum jelly, makeup, and even water will repel the adhesive (this is a basic law of physics). BUT, when it's time to take them off in the morning, apply vaseline or skin cream or baby oil with a rubbing motion along the strip as it lifts off. ALSO -- if your skin is really when the strip is applied, it will stick to your nose like cement (which is what you want) -- Then, Considering this tip for removal of the strip, there should be no problem with adhesion.KP Harwell
