Useful tool to carry
Great quality very sharp knife and scissors. Spring loaded pliers is awesome. Great value for the price. Highly recommended. Heavy duty.

Quality, Functionality and Purposefullness at a Quality Price
This is my go to multi-tool even over the more expensive brands. Don't let the inexpensive price scare you into buying a more expensive and well known brand. This puppy is the real deal. I've used it often and can't get over the sturdy functionality of this product. The only issue some might have with it is the weight of the product. However, if you utilize the carrying case strapped to your belt this would eliminate this issue. I tend to just use the built in clip and hook it to my cargo pants pocket. Also, the weight is a good indication to the quality and ruggedness of this tool. I've bought more than one and recommend you do the same. Have one for every day carry, one for each of your go bags and however many are necessary to give away as functional and purposeful gifts.

Pretty good, dependable, long-lasting, 1st-timer or budget-friendly multitool
Ordered the Blue and the Green versions. Both arrived in Good, Brand New Condition with no signs of previous Use or Wear AND Earlier than estimated [outside the US]. The box of the Green one, though was a bit deformed. Its got a good, portable size but its a bit on the heavy side so I hope that's a sign of its Sturdiness and Durability but I don't plan to use it for heavy-duty tasks all the time. Tools/Implements are all Locking and it's got Spring-Loaded Pliers with fixed wire cutters. Scissors cut most stuff pretty well. The Awl is missing, though. Sheath is okay. Nothing fancy. The File & Saw on both my Blue & Green units are difficult to get to when stowed as they go all the way in and the nail-nicks get hidden behind the outer frame. Also, the Handles of my Green unit are slightly misaligned when the multitool is closed.Notwithstanding the minor issues, it looks to be a pretty good, dependable, long-lasting, 1st-timer or budget-friendly multitool for the fraction of the price of those "upper-branded" ones.

The hype is real. There is no competition for this multitool.
At its price, there is no competition, and up to double its msrp, this is a primary contender. Fit and finish are very good. It is quite stiff initially, but after some use, it loosens up.Pros:No sharp edges for hot spots in use except for the belt clipbelt clip!spring loaded plierssurprisingly good knifeEvery tool locksknife tools have a separate individual liner lock, so it is nearly impossible to accidently unlock them in usewell thought out toolsScissors are good for size and cut accuratelysaw blade is push/pullfile is great for a multitoolincluded case feels like it would last a couple years. quite good for a multitoolCons:non replaceable wire cutters. I will abuse these and wish I could replace the cutter, but the entire tool is nearly as cheap.Heavy for pocket carryjack of trades and master of none -- needs 2 variations see belowUpgrades: the master of none problem. Workpro needs to make 2 different models. The first is a slightly more expensive model with replaceable (cheap) cutter inserts and a screwdriver sleeve tool with extra storage in the better case. I would carry this with a personal selection of bits, and this would also be in my kitchen drawer and tackle box.The second is a model the same price or cheaper that replaces the nice knife with a better/larger set of scissors, makes the sheepsfoot blade a 1/2 serrated only, and puts an awl in place of the old scissors. This would be one of the best camp/hiking multitools ever.Bare tool weight on my kitchen scale:280g or 9.9oz

A good tool with some critical flaws
I was looking forward to trying this multitool after seeing several positive video reviews. I was hoping to find an inexpensive tool suitable for emergency bags, gifts, or general backup use. While there's a lot to like here, there are also some critical flaws that hold it back. The good:The spring action on the pliers is excellent. Most multitools I've used, even more expensive ones, lack this feature. The nested Phillips driver system is clever, adding an extra small Phillips head without taking up additional space. The pull cutter/package opener built into one of the flat drivers works extremely well. Both the straight and serrated knife blades arrived very sharp and cut with ease. The can opener includes a handy notch on the side for wire stripping. The bad:The main issues lie with the other two large tools: the file and the saw. Both tools sit recessed so deeply in the frame that their opening notches are inaccessible (see pictures). The file can sometimes be opened by pressing on the textured side and pushing up, but even then, it struggles to lock into place without extra force. As for the saw, the sides are too smooth to grip effectively, and I haven't been able to open or test it at all.It seems like something is out of spec. Whether it's the frame, the detents, or the tools themselves is unclear.Bottom line:Despite some genuinely good features, I can't recommend or gift this multitool due to these quality control issues with the saw and file.

Fantastic value!
I actually ordered this thing just to see how bad it could be. I was expecting it to look like one of those $10 Big Box store, pot metal specials. Instead, I received a decent looking multi-tool, made out of actual steel with a respectable fit and finish! Both knives are sharp and open one-handed. Every tool locks solidly in place, Leatherman style. The pliers are spring loaded and the file is even diamond coated on one side. Nice! Is this Leatherman quality? Of course not. Is it an amazing value at $20? Absolutely!
