I purchased this super warm and cozy sweatshirt for my son. He absolutely loves it ! The hoodie is made out of high quality fabric. The fabric is soft and cozy. The sweatshirt fits true to size. It is very easy to wash and does not shrink or fade. Make sure you follow the directions for washing. We had an issue with the battery. I called Venustas customer service. The representative opened a case. I was contacted the same day by a team member. She resolved my issue quickly. We received a new battery within a few days ! This company stands behind their high quality products. Do not hesitate to purchase sweatshirt. It is absolutely amazing !

This is a heavyweight pullover sweater that seems to be of very good quality. In fact, I was impressed by the quality of this item. It comes with a lithium-ion battery that actually has a digital readout of charge remaining. It also comes with a USB cable and power adapter. The sweater has three heat settings: low, medium, and high. I would recommend a second battery if you intend to use it in the cold for longer the the specified heating times. I probably will never wear it for more that a few hours, so the heat times are adequate for me. This sweater will certainly keep you warm even without the heat.

Firstly, this hoodie is great quality even without the heat. Super cozy and warm with a perfect sized hood.Second and most importantly, Venustas customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The hoodie stopped heating randomly so I emailed customer service. They responded within minutes and the message hit the nail on the head in terms of empathy and offering clear steps for remediation. Venustas ended up replacing the hoodie free of charge and even followed up via email after it was delivered to ensure the issue was resolved.Truly a great consumer experience, which is not easy to find these days!(Men’s SMALL fit my husband, 5’9” 160lbs with a little room to spare)

I purchased a heated pullover early in January. It’s super warm, even without turning it on. It worked great for a couple of weeks, but then the battery started having trouble. Soon after, it wouldn’t work at all. I emailed Venustas customer service and within a day, Laura had responded with a few troubleshooting questions. After answering her questions, she offered to send me replacement parts. The new parts have been working great! I appreciate the extra effort the team at Venustas went through, I would definitely recommend them!

My Christmas present to myself actually it's to replace & upgrade my worn out previous heated zip up sweat jacket. This time I want to try a hooded pullover heated sweatshirt for the simple fact I don't like zippers & the other fact is on the other heated jacket I had all the weight of the battery in the front & pulled heavy on the front on the jacket on this hooded heated sweatshirt the battery is tucked into the side & I don't feel the weight of the battery & which means it will not interfere with my movement like my previous jacket, something new I learned about heated jackets, battery placement does matter. I think This is my new best friend so comfortable & the materials seems durable, I'm never taking it off. I'm 5'7 so I went with a medium as suggested & it fits perfect all the way around & snugs me just right, so they were correct when they suggested women to go down a size, I was hesitant but I'm glad I did. Got it on sale and would definitely pay full price if I had to. One thing I've learned about heated jackets is they are a base layer & what I mean by that is if it is 10° outside don't expect the heated jacket itself to keep you warm you will need another jacket/shell over top of it to contain the heat. I wear mine from early fall till end of spring, I just adjust the outer jacket as needed & if needed. I think next I'm ordering some heated pants, I'm getting old & I don't like the cold so much anymore lol. I highly suggest, 👍👍, can't go wrong for the money.

I was gifted this heated hoodie for christmas. I washed my hoodie, carefully following the washing instructions and the hoodie stopped working. I contacted support ask for an exchange (not a refund) and was told no, then after jumping through hoops of sending multiple pictures of every angle of the hoodie, answering multiple questions through email, after weeks of going back and forth I was told I needed to provide a receipt. As I explained in my emails, I do not have a receipts as it was a gift. They repeatedly told me to ask my family member who bought me the gift for the receipt… my family member died in January.. I obviously can’t ask for a receipt. They told me without a receipt I would have to pay.I understand needing proof of purchase to exchange items. However, I jumped through every single hoop they asked of me, I sent tag numbers, item numbers, countless photos and videos proving it was their companies hoodie and it didn’t work. it was worn 1 time for maybe 2 hours, and they still refused to help me. I wasn’t asking to keep the hoodie that did not work, I offered to send it back in exchange for a new one.After a years long battle, they closed my case without resolving my issues.The hoodie was what was expected. It was heavy and warm the one time it worked. I do believe the product itself is good, mine just happened toMalfunction and then I wasn’t given the opportunity to replace it.

This is a must have, great heavy snug hoodie that works great keeping you warm as well as looks good. Great value for the money. No zipper/ pull over version.

Great jacket, I’m gonna wear it a few times before I decide if it’s 100% for me. It runs a tad bigger so if anything get a size smaller than your normal size. The heated parts don’t touch you or even near you and that’s why I say get a size smaller cause it fits kind of baggy, and you almost want the heated parts to be closer so you can feel the heat. Other that the size it’s an amazing jacket/hoodie. Super soft inside the sleeves, it’s better than fleece, it’s almost like a thin sherapa , definitely a lot thicker than fleece. It’s like that in the arms sleeves and the hood, and the hand pockets. Update to come after a few wears.

During the winter it get cold in my shop. I really like this hoodie it heat up like a champ! The quality of it is outstanding. There is a soft fleece stiches inside the hoodie so even without the heating it is very warm. I'm 5'2" 180lbs women, I order a large and It fits me well. The battery last me all my shift at low temperature (low is way enought at 5°c ) . Seriously if you are always cold during the winter, buy this hoodie!

I used this product a couple days of ice fishing, and it worked great. The instructions said it could be washed, as long as the battery was removed.Washed it, dry hung the sweater, never worked again.

Very expensive and the thermal area is rigid.

This product will die within a few months and Venustas will do nothing about it. Save your money or purchase through a different company. Venustas should be ashamed.

The sweater is great - even with the heat off it is very warm and super comfortable. After about 10 months our sweater stopped registering the battery attached (the battery worked but the sweater didn’t register and heat up). I contacted the customer service department and within 2 days they had arranged for a new sweater to be sent to us free of charge. We will definitely buy from them again!
