Product is average but not so good only because both types of USB doesn't have fast charging they claim it but it doesn't deliver first charging.After getting the product I found it faulty (all four USB ports are not working properly) but it is due to my fault return period was over so I have to claim warranty but they have not any pickup point where I stay so I have to send this product to them through courier it takes 300 rupees but they assured me that they paid me rs 100 only as an reimbursement of my courier charges.After near about 45 days I got my product back (but honestly said this is not there fault main time takes due to courier doesn't delivered the material on early basis DTC takes almost 15 to 20 days to deliver this from Kolkata to Delhi), now the product is working fine but no USB port gives me first charging.But I have to say their support team is good they continuously connected with you through mail and if if you request for a call back they also arrange that without any question asked, and the behaviour of their representative is good they carefully listen your problem and try to solve that out. If you want to claim that warranty the easiest way to call Amazon customer care they give you the number and the mailing address where you have to call within working hours 10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, if you send a mail to them they are response time is good they can get back to you within 2 /3 days.
