The AMOMD 300A PowerBar is being used to tie several strings of solar panels together. The device is being used off grid. It does what I need it to do.

OKAY, but not great.
When torqing down the lugs the bus bar came loose and began having play within the plastic base. For my project it still woked, but the construction is not as sturdy as I would have liked. I would recommend using a wrench to hold the bus bar while torqing down the lugs, but when working in tight spaces where a wrench will not reach, I would recommend going with a different manufacturer.

Good little bus bar!
It seems well made. The base is strong enough that there’s no flex, it is still plastic so I’d be careful with how much force you’re putting on it with the cables.The internal resistance is low, it’s between 0.1 and 0.2 ohms so no worries there either!Over all I’d recommend for the price!
