When you have chemical treatments, discolorations or if you wash your hair with shampoos that contain sulfates that ph goes out of the normal range and your hair porosity increases. Your hair won't retain moisture and you will see it becomes opaque and frizzy.This product treats these problems and brings the ph of your hair to its normal acidic range. This is a really good quality acidifier..a salon quality one... at a price that it is unbelievable. The level of shine and softness this product leaves on your hair you won't believe it until you see it.The way it works is: After you clean your hair with shampoo remove the excess water, apply product avoiding the roots and let it act for a few minutes, rinse very well and follow with conditioner or a hair mask. You can use it once a week and your hair will thank you for it.I have natural curly hair( type 2c-3a) with medium porosity and this product works wonders. Lola is a Brazilian brand known for the quality of its products, for being enviromentaly concious and cruelty free. All the products are vengan and curly method approved. This product is part of an entire line that also has shampoo and a hair mask. I bought it directly from the brand site because only now it has become available here on Amazon. Again, I can't recommend this product enough. It is really good.
