I had high hopes for this VRURC Portable Charger, especially because of the built-in AC wall plug. For the first 5 days, everything worked perfectly. It charged quickly, was super convenient, and I really liked the digital readout that shows exactly how much battery is left—it’s a great touch.Unfortunately, the AC wall plug, which was the main reason I bought this power bank, stopped working entirely after less than a week. That was a big letdown. Without the plug, the charger still works fine using the built-in cables, and it charges my phone impressively fast. It's compact, lightweight, and well-designed otherwise.If you don’t care about the AC plug or plan to charge it another way, it’s still a solid product. Love that no cords or plugs are needed. So handy for on the go and supports iPhones with both ports! Charges very quickly.

I use this everyday. It powers so much, and is so useful. If I need to charge my keyboard? I'll charge it with the micro USB. Need to charge my phone? I use the lightning connector. Need to charge my laptop? I use the USB-C. Charging rate is not great, especially on my laptop, but I do notice it is just about as fast as a 20W charger on my phone. It's very portable, fits in my pocket well. Plenty of color choices, but I got black. Would recommend.

Hands down, the BEST portable charger! Used in on a trip to DC and VA last week, where I was taking pictures and constantly draining my battery down to 18%. I didn’t expect much from this charger, so imagine my shock when it quickly charged my phone back to 80%!! AND, there was still 20-30% left on this charger should I need it again. I was able to walk with it attached, plugged in to my phone charging and still use my phone for pics. The built in outlet wall plug allowed me to plug the charger in while we were eating or driving to the next stop. It would get back up to 100% overnight. I’m getting one for my spouse and child, too!

Very handy, but a little fragile. Works as expected, extremely convenient features (i love the built in cords and multiple input charging options). My only complaint is that it was dropped once (knocked off the arm of the couch onto tile) and completely stopped working. This drop accident was clearly my fault, but I feel like this charger was more fragile than normal. The other (similar) chargers I have have withstood multiple drops and are still fine. It's possible that this one simply landed "just right," but this was the first time it had been dropped, so it's a little disappointing.I've used it for 6 months, and before the drop it for work as expected. It charged reasonably fast when plugged directly into the wall (a few hours), and it would have about 20 percent left after charging my Galaxy phone.

UPDATE: Within weeks of writing the below review, a team member reached out to me to offer a replacement with an "upgraded" model. Within days it arrived, I charged it to 100% and was able to use all charging ports to ensure it worked as it should. It charged two devices to full and another to 70%, which is great considering one of the devices was being used while charging. Additionally, this model came with a two year warranty so I can feel ease that even if I encounter another issue, it will be fixed. This is one of the best models we've used for portable chargers - slim, sleek, powerful, and easily plugs into the wall to recharge. 10/10 recommend.Well, it was good while it lasted. I purchased this for my daughter in December 2023. Within 6 months, the iPhone charging port stopped working. Not a huge deal, I switched her my battery pack since the Samsung (usb-c) port still worked. Until last week, when I embarked on a cross country whirlwind travel only to find the charger stopped working an hour into my trip. I guess a year and a half is it's lifetime. Disappointing, as it was fantastic when it worked.

Very happy to edit this to say that the company reached out and sent me a new one with a one year replacement warranty to solve the issue!The product quit working after a month. It still shows charged but will not charge my phone or anything else. So disappointing.
