We used this at my daughter's outdoor wedding. It fit in perfectly with her vision for a rustic setting. It has a distressed paint finish. It also has a larger size card slot. Nice value for the price.

This is built solid and the lock and key are high quality as well. It uses a more complex key design than I was expecting. I was imagining a "diary" style key, but that was not the case. Some of the pictures had me unsure of the quality, but in person it looks great!

This card of is really beautiful! It has that rustic, whitewashed farmhouse look. I will be using it during my woodland themed baby shower but it would work well for bridal showers or weddings also. It comes with a small lock to secure it.

Used this for a chic wedding. Good size and the quality is a good value for the price.

Box was super cute but the keys to the lock didn’t work.

I really like the idea of this for a wedding, but the lock on it feels a little weird, almost like you're telling your guests that not only do you not trust them, but that none of them should trust each other either, lol. I know it's a common added detail to a lot of card boxes lately though and I do see that a person might feel more secure depositing a card with cash or check in it.I could see this being reused for a lot of events other than weddings too, but possibly repainted? The wood is so gorgeous and natural, it fits well with almost any decor too. After a wedding I could see even using it as a keepsake box!
