Love this stuff, use it every couple years to remove the fallout from my car. It does smell horrible but as long as you rinse it all off and put a fresh coat of wax on afterward, it does its job.

This product worked great on my car. It helped remove the spots of rust and left my car clean.

IronX is one of the OG iron remover products and is still a good go-to product for iron decontamination. However, advancements in formulation of iron removers has brought products to market that make IronX feel a bit dated by comparison.The strength of this product lies in its effectiveness - this is the nuclear option for when you have serious iron deposits on your paint or wheels and and you're tired of half measures. It still works, and you won't be left wanting in that regard.The biggest complaint I have with IronX is the smell of the product. Competitors nowadays have products that work just as well that don't smell nearly as alkaline as this stuff does. This stuff will smell through a bag even when capped tightly and the smell is NOT pleasant by any stretch.If you need a product for infrequent iron decon work and have a place where this can be stored away from the proximity of your sense of smell, it's not a bad option. But if you have more frequent use cases for cleaning wheels regularly, there are better products from other manufacturers (like P&S) that might fit you better.

I have a white Ford Explorer and I find small pin point orange spots on my clearcoat paint. No amount of cleaning takes them off, My son told me they are actually rust oxidation from the road, brakes etc and it gets baked into the paint. Impossible to get them off until now. This product is sprayed on, wait 3 minutes, andvwipe with a wet sponge. It definitely helps dissolve these small spots with a small amount of effort. It's expensive but it works. It does have a distinct odor, so use it outdoors.

It cleaned my cars and my sons motorcycle better than anything so far and I spend a lot of money on trying new things that can make it easier to keep our cars clean. I have two mustang and a Nissan Altima. My son has a mustang and a motorcycle that he loves and this stuff impressed him. It didnt mess up anything. Now it smells bad but totally worth it.

I have been using this stuff for pretty much any iron stains on all sorts of surfaces as this chemically bonds to the rust and just removes it. It even working on the rusted bottom of a cast iron pan to remove the rust and bring back the shine. It is excellent at removed iron deposits from wheels on my car from the breaks and just a few minutes you will see the rust just dissolve. You do need to use this in a well ventilated area and plenty of water to rinse off the rust so outdoors it really the best way to use it. There is a chemical smell to it and it is very strong, but it does work better than anything I have tried.
