easy to assemble good quailty

I'm rather impressed with the quality of this product. It has a very nice finish and is easy to assemble. It uses the same mechanism as most flat-pack furniture - screw-in pegs on one piece and the little cam things that turn a quarter turn to grip the peg head on the other. A nice touch here though is that the pre-drilled holes that you screw the pegs into have nylon sleeves inside. This makes them much more forgiving when you screw the pegs in and it offers some flexibility, so if you were to accidentally stress the joins of the table by accidentally knocking it, the nylon will flex a little and then reform. If you did the same with just wood you'd have a problem.There was a bit of a problem with mine when it arrived and so I contacted customer services at Blisswood via the portal on Amazon. They responded immediately, were courtious and helpful and came up with an intelligent, effective solution straight away. Kudos to you Blisswood. I imagine that most customers will not need to contact you. It's nice to know that you care about those of us who do.

I ordered two of these as that is what I needed. They arrived within the time. The assembly instructions were good and they look really nice. The only problem I have is one of the edges has a bubbling type problem which I initially thought was some clear plastic wrapping they use to protect them. Shame as I would have given 5 stars.

Couldn’t open this when I got it due to having house renovated,but now all sorted and unfortunately the top light doesn’t work so I’m very disappointed as I absolutely love it.

This looked really smart on the website but in reality it's extremely poor quality and looks horrendous! I have never left a negative review but this product is absolutely not worth the money and in fact looks like it's from a cheap second hand shop!The wooden panels to place together are chipped, marked, tatty and don't line up!Neither of the LEDs work which is ridiculous!And to top it off one of the metal rods doesn't even attach properly!It's absolutely rubbish.I may have got one that's been returned as every element to this is rubbish but I would 100% NOT recommend this to anyone!!

As long as you follow the instructions it’s not too difficult to put together. You don’t get any tools to assemble it, but you only really need a Phillips screwdriver.Mine was well packed but it still came with a huge scratch on one of the side panels. The finish is pretty rough, mine is worn along the edge of each panel and some of the finish is chipped off at the cornersThe LEDs work, but it’s really just a gimmick. The remote supplied with it is so cheap and flimsy it feels like it will fall apart if you use it. It’s plastic but the button pad is so thin it almost feels like cardboard.If you want something that looks amazing I’d look elsewhere. Of course you might get one that’s perfect. I guess you get what you pay for.

Was very sturdy until a friend visited and broke it to pieces so it's squeeze by my bed and very weak manage to hold it up but can't be moved metal bars don't screw well when broken lighting did not work guess been in storerage to long
