The lack of easier instruction,
This was a present for my sister, she loves kincade pieces, so I brought it to her for her Christmas.On opening the box we discovered two of the little figures were broken, and it was not easy to connect Santa and reindeers as the whole structure was so fragile and it did not seem to light up when connected.The instructions about lifting some film from the ice so the figure ( one of the skating figures was broken ) could skate was not clear, so did not try to remove anything. as we were frightened in case we broke the hole thing.Christmas is over and my sister has put it away until next year. I personally am disappointed it was not perfect.!!!

Beautiful but not perfect
Sadly, as much as this is beautiful and very loved by the recipient, we spent two hours gluing tiny reindeer antlers on as they had broken in transit.
