It has no effect. A waste of time and money. This is why people say shilijit doesn't work. I've had a different one before and it was great, this isn't.

As with all shilajit it is not uniform in appearance, due to being naturally sourced. You get a wooden spatula to remove the required amount, which has measurement markings.In terms of the health benefits, that is of course up for debate. You should definitely consult your doctor before taking this as it has a lot of compounds which can affect your health in both positive and negative ways. A lot of traditional medicine doesn’t really do anything, but this has the potential to severely affect your health.Without a mass-spectrometer I can’t test this to see if the ingredients match those claimed, but it is definitely shilajit.Overall I would say this is a decent product at a reasonable price, so it gets four stars.

Shilajit is very powerful, and extremely healthy. It's part of my morning routine now. It's very comforting with warm milk. It dissolves well in general in warm beverages. Would certainly recommend, excellent value for the price!If the resin is too hard and it's difficult to open the jar, I just run the jar under hot water and it easily opens then.
