Hard to get this thing replaced. I have insurance and even called the manufacture to cash in on the warranty and all I got was the dial tone.

Great for a tight space. Love how the timer starts when the handle goes down!

Hols up well , Had an issue with the product and they work well oer the phone with me to take care of the problem. They walked me through what I needed to do. Issue solved right away. Wife uses it three to four times a week. Good purchase.

I am new to HTV but this has worked how I expected and for my light use. The most I have made is 20 shirts at one time. I have no reason to believe that I wouldn't be able to take a order for 100. I would purchase again.

Difficult to adjust the pressure but I suspect that’s a normal difficulty with this type of heat press

The top plate is severely uneven and not leveled at all. I just got this 1 week ago. It’s messing up my shirts with uneven pressure, the heat temp is WAY off, 380F is actually a little higher than 400F, I was really excited for this and for 200$ This isn’t cheap for people like myself. It came with some chipping on the plate, browning around the logo and some scuff marks like it had been used before. Save your money and don’t buy. Listen to the negative reviews. I wish I had.

Heats up quickly. Accurate heat and timer. Settings are simple to use. Large 15"x15" platen for large transfer design.
