Jonathan Paul FitoversElement Medium Polarized Over Sunglasses ; Matte-Black & Polarvue Gray

I wear prescription glasses, an very light sensitive, and I drive for a living. I looked a long time for decent wearover sunglasses. The Jonathan Pauls are excellent in terms of cutting glare and sharpening vision; there is no debate on that. I am very happy in that regard. However, after about 6 months of wearing these glasses they have started to become loose around my glasses where they were previously a snug fit. Sometimes they fall off when I lean forward.. There is some scuffing and scratching developing on the inside of one lens at the edge where it makes contact with my glasses, indicative of friction from movement. The plastic from which these glasses are made appears to me to be cheap, and after half a year it seems that may be coming home to roost. I paid $75 for my pair of these directly from the Jonathan Paul website. You would think such glasses would be more durable and made of better stuff than the $20 pair I got at Walgreens years ago. I reached out to the company, which seems to have been sold to someone else. I left a message a couple of weeks ago with no response.
