Can this be used as the main thread and the bobbin or just the bobbin?

Both but its cheap and breaks easy.

Will they fit in a Pfaff 7570???

No. Your Pfaff uses an "L" bobbin and this is a larger class 15.

Can you refill the bobbin when it runs out o thread?
