So this screen protector has been manufactured to cover the flat portion of the screen only and not upto the edges."This is in the listing - I expected this to mean, the glass does not reach the corners. Not that there would be this unsightly lack of adhesion around the edge.

Comes in an impressive box with comprehensive instructions and accessories which make it pretty simple to fit. Ironically it also has big warning stickers saying that the protector will not cover the full screen as the phone screen is curved so the rigid protector won't stick down on the edges if it goes right to the edge. However the protector DOES go close to the edge and therefore it DOESN'T stick down correctly, there is an unstuck margin all around the edge! This is liable to crack more easily. You can see this but it isn't over noticeable and it is too much effort to return it now, will so see how long it lasts like this.

Having experienced the issue of curved screens I knew what I was ordering and was happy to accept that the screen protector can't adhere to the screen if it curves away at the edges.Techgear are a decent and reliable company in my experience and their product is superior to others I've used.Recommended.

I bought this as I was going travelling and wanted to insure good protection for my phone. However I've had the cover on less than a week and this morning discovered the cover had cracked, leaving sharp shards of glass loose on my phone screen.I don't know how this happened as I've not dropped my phone nor been at all clumsy with it.It was however relatively easy to install and came with clear installation instructions.

Due to curvature of screen the glass is short of edge of screen and still doesn't fit flat at edge leaving several millimetres of glass not stuck and slightly distorted colour of picture and unfortunately I managed to clip phone at part not covered and cracked phone and despite having screen cover only a few days ,due to not sticking it was already collecting debris and lifting off .I gave it 2 stars as I have had several of these savers on other phones and they have worked incredibly well in protecting screen even if the protector has needed to be replaced due to damage doing its job

The installation of the product was easy, and it can certainly protect the screen. But it adds a terrible problem of reflexion to the light making the screen very difficult to read if you are not in the shadow. Regret to have installed it because of that.

Arrived as stated, easy enough to fit, maybe not as sturdy as would of liked, bought to replace plastic screen, which had a few minor scratches on it, dropped it, not from a great height, now got a chip on the edge, and what looks like a crack, great while it lasted

Fairly easy to install and feels great. Doesn't really show fingerprint marks. However does not fit perfectly around the edges. You get what you pay.
