Pills are Large But Easy to Swallow
Pills are large but easy to swallow. Have not noticed any fishy after taste. Seem to be of good quality. The recommended dosing seems to be a lot/mulitple times per day. Overall we have been happy with these

No Fishy Burps
These are well made pills with a nice coating on them for easy swallowing. I've had zero fishy burps using these for the past 2 weeks and take 2 a day to get the same amount of EPA and DHA that my doctor recommended I take. These have a nice scent as well and is somewhat of a vanilla smell. They are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach at all like some of the cheaper brands I've tried in the past. Will certainly recommend these and continue to use them until I'm out to see how well they work long term.

A sufficient Omega-3 supplement
I read a study that we can do without many vitamin supplements but it did recommend taking a vitamin D3 and Omega-3 supplement. 3 tablets per serving isn't a small amount but it's not uncommon for Omega-3 supplements to require 3 pills.EPA - Eicosapentanoic Acid - 1050 mgDHA - Docosahexanoic Acid - 708 mgDA - Docosapentaenoic Acid - 135 mg

3 softgels required for advertised benefits
This omega-3 fish oil promises to deliver a higher dosage of fatty acids than similarly priced products on the market. However, in order to get the full benefits, you need to take 3 softgels/day (and the softgels are rather large). So be aware that the 90-softgel container delivers only a 30-day supply. In fact, if you take 3 up to 3 times a day, as they state you can do, your supply turns into a 10-day supply, but I'm not sure why you would want to take this product that frequently. The product is fine and I haven't experienced any side effects or burping. I will probably just take 2/day as I think this is sufficient for my needs and I can stretch out the supply a bit longer.

Tripple shot of purified Omega 3's
This formulation has a highly purified dosage of EPA, DHA and DPA, all three of which provide numerous benefits to the body, according to many, many studies. The instructions on the label call for 3 soft gels up to three times daily. I don't plan to take more than one dose of three soft gels per day.Actually, there is some debate about using highly purified specific Omega 3's vs a broadband extract with many naturally occurring Omega 3's and getting a synergistic effect. I don't know the answer to this debate. You have to choose which style of product you think works best for you. There are some concerns about this product. There is no certification that it is made in a cGMP or ISO certified facility or that the purity has been confirmed by an independent outside lab. I would be much happier with such certification.I did check for a shrink band seal and an inner foil seal for tamper evidence. The outer shrink band was o.k. but the inner foil seal was just barely attached and had a gap between the seal and the bottle. Sloppy. The label claims that there are 90 soft gels in the bottle, so naturally, I counted them. Yup, there's 90 in there. Actually, I got 91.I waffled between a 3 star and a 4 star rating. Finally, I decided that my concerns were significant enough to go with the 3 star.

Very potent
These capsules are jam packed with healthy omega 3s. Usually you only need 1000mg combined of DHA and EPA, so taking three capsules is a little extra. Instead, I just take 2 capsules daily and that's good enough. Other brands are tricky because they label it as 1000mg of fish oil, but when you look only 300mg of the 1000mg is actually DHA and EPA. Arguably that's what I like about these capsules, they're very potent and pure unlike the others.

Omega 3
I take alot of omega 3 fish oil. I have tested many brands from high cost to low cost. This is a 30'day supply. These were unusual. They had a coating on the outside and smelled of vanilla. I actually like this more than lemon. They tasted like vanilla. The weird thing is I didn't see the oil inside the capsules like I see in most. So I am not sure how they are made but don't smell or taste of fish. Hoping burps don't start. The writing is so small I couldn't read it.. Another reviewer here posted pictures which helps

Unsticky softgels
These softgels roll right out of the bottle because they are not sticky. And I just love that they are made with fish from the wild and not from a farm.
