PlayStation 5 Console (Renewed)

Amazing! Better than I expected.

No original box, and the packaging was bashed to blazes, thin layer of bubble wrap, no controller unlike as advertised. The cable provided didn't work and the console itself crashes after a short while of being turned on. Trying to return.

Said it would be excellent condition the console it’s self showed up dirty ! And so did the controller the console has a large black stain on the front of it aswell I do have photos of this ! I brought excellent condition as it said there would be no marks that where visible from more then. 30 cm away the black mark is deffinitely very visible and the over all cleanliness was disgusting I would not recommend

So the ps5 works perfectly, can’t fault the performance, but the actual ps5 is white and was covered in black scratches, which are really noticeable, and the fact it didn’t come with a ps5 box or in a professionally wrapped package was massively disappointing!, especially when £400 is a lot of money for a second hand console! It had bits of ripped cardboard and paper and what knows else shoved into the box! You should say in bold letter somewhere that it doesn’t come with a ps5 box!

Product broke after 12 days and I'm having real trouble getting it picked up, have been trying for 2 weeks which has taken me over the time for a refund but seeing as it's their fault, I am insisting on one.
