I started taking Astaxathin to improve my energy levels. Nutricost provided a superior product as the cost per capsule is low, but the quality is the best we have experienced so far. The capsules are pretty small and easy to swallow. I definitely notice an improvement in my afternoon energy levels with this. I can definitely recommend these capsules.

Astaxanthin is very good, it helps you boost your immune system and reduce free radicals.

Love this astaxanthin - have tried other brands and they usually affect my period cycle and make them delayed and painful. These don't do that, they work well even on cycle and improve muscle ache after a workout so I am happy to continue with this brand. I take 1-2 a day depending on whether I workout or not, and this also aids in respiratory health.

I have been taking these daily for about 3 weeks. It may be too soon for results but I wanted to leave a review because this is consistently recommended to replace other multiple supplements and can be a money saver for people if it works as well as research indicates. It's a small gel cap, once daily. Easy to take with my other supplements. It's reasonably priced so I will repurchase to give it a strong opportunity to show results after 90 days.

It came in quick and was exactly what I ordered. Perfect dose as well. For those who don't know Astaxanthin is difficult to sell because it's an unstable compound that'll easily lose effectiveness if not transported and stored 100% perfectly. It is clear that all precautions were taken with this product, as it's very potent. I used to have 20/20 vision but over the years it's gotten slightly worse. Words became blurry that I used to be able to see perfectly clear.Took 12MG a night WITH FATTY FOOD(it's highly fat soluble) and my vision seems to have over time corrected back to how it was. Everything is crisp and I can read very clearly. Very happy with this product and will come back for more when this runs out!

Nutricost Astaxanthin. It is a good product and have been using it for quite awhile. I am 75 years old and I read a medical article about this product several years ago and how it is very good for your eyes along with Lutein. When we get older we need to take eye supplements for our aging eyes.

I purchased this product because I am paranoid about losing my eyesight as I age (51). My eyes feel great but I haven't noticed a difference either way. That is positive since this is a long-term investment in my eyes and they haven't deteriorated at all.However, I am writing this review solely because I noticed that I started losing weight that I could not explain by a change in exercise and diet, which were steady. I started taking this product in mid-August 2024 and now on November 7, 2024, I have lost 8 pounds in less than 3 months. When I am pretty good about what I eat (not perfect), the weight just comes off. I weigh myself every morning. I starting researching what I changed in August and I believe that starting this supplement is what catalyzed the change. All of the weight loss has been fat, I feel great in my workouts and my muscle mass has maintained perfectly. It took about two weeks before my weight started to steadily decline.
