I had already been taking this companies Magnesium supplement for over a year and I can always tell when I don’t take it, but had never gotten anything else from them. But curiously when I saw this from their website and it stated to help with sleep without melatonin I thought to give it a try. In menopause women don’t sleep very well so I was trying many things to sleep better through the night but actually not have the hung over headache that sometimes melatonin gives me, or the brain fog that Benadryl gives me. I don’t like taking any other type of sleeping aide or medicine. From the first time using this - wow! No joke. Without 30-40 minutes my body is so relaxed and I want to sleep. But yet it doesn’t “knock you out” meaning if i had to not fall asleep right away it’s not like you can’t stay awake. Hard to explain. But it just relaxes you so much. I sleep all the way through the night easily. And I wake up feeling great every morning. Not a single side affect. I don’t go to sleep now without it. I do take this company’s Magnesium Breakthrough as well with it at night. I find the flavor is good! Even blending well however I do find a little sour crystals at the bottom of cup so I often will drink quick and then add a little more water and drink the rest to make sure I get it all. It’s like drinking a sweetart or koolaid? Pretty good.

I've been using this product for a while to help with my sleep, it has genuinely made a difference. This formula has helped me fall asleep more4 easily and stay asleep more consistently, without feeling groggy in the morning. My nights have become more restful. This is now part of my night routine!

This product didn't work for me. I followed the instructions and took 2 scoops. It didn't help me fall asleep, and I was up all night uncomfortable. I slept off and on very short naps. When I woke up in the morning I felt hungover and had a massive headache and felt groggy. I also jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom to puke. Felt hungover. And this powder was the only variable I changed to my routine so I suspect my body didn't agree with thr ingredients in the powder. Wish I could get my money back. Breakthrough has other products I'm satisfied with, but this powder isn't one of them.

This is one of my favorite products for helping you to sleep and have a high-quality sleep. Of the many things on the market I find this one to be the best. The ingredients are excellent and they are really healthy for you. This company makes excellent products. And this one taste good.

I’ve given this product 2 stars only because it was delivered quickly. I’ve used the Magnesium Breakthrough for quite some time now. LOVE that product. Thought I would try Sleep Breakthrough because my subscription from Bioptimizers was delayed and was also out on Amazon. I used this once and I will never use it again. I actually slept horribly! Tossed and turned and finally got out of bed feeling groggy and hungover. It’s now 12 hours later and I still feel that way. Except now I’m tired because I never slept! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. There are many others that feel the same way. And now I’m out over $50 because Amazon won’t let me return it. Another reason to buy from the actual company. They have a great return policy. Although I’ve never needed to use it until now, and I can’t.

I was surprised that the reviews on this weren’t 4-5 stars, this product has been a game changer for my sleep. I went from waking up every night to sleeping all the way through the night instantly. I think the product taste good not overly sweet, it tends to be a little sour at the bottom of the cup , but we are all adults here, we can handle it. I am a 40 year old woman and getting a good nights rest is crucial for me to get everything I need done. This has helped me achieve great sleep night after night, and it’s non habit forming and I don’t depend on it to fall asleep. I will say for the naysayers, that you have to have good sleep hygiene in general for the product to work and it will gently take you into the best nights sleep. Cut off caffeine, screen time etc It works like a charm everytime. Worth every penny

I have tried this a few nights and yes, I do feel sleepy after taking it - relaxed more than sedated. The flavor was blueberry and sweet so it's palatable, and the powder mixed easily with cold water. But 'the best sleep ever'? No, not really. I get the same effects from a cup of chamomile and kava for about $50 less. I am often looking for sleep support products and wanted this to be stellar. While it does help, it's expensive and I don't see any ingredients listed that justify that kind of cost.

I am familiar with this company and I buy other products of Bioptimizers. I tried this products along with other products that I use to get a least 7 hours of sleep. I will have to try it again on a day that I don't have to get up early.
