What song does it play?

Happy Birthday over and over again,. But the confetti is in a little envelope and does not puff out like it shows in the ad. Just sayin.

The card has worked great so far! We, however, cannot convince them to rip it open. They are wanting to burn it. Are there any hazards if they do?

Haha. I've never been asked this. Yes, burning the card is not good as it has batteries inside....and wires...so bad smoke. Ripping the card is much safer.

Can this be sent directly to the recipient? Does it have packaging that describes the endless, louder song and glitter? Or will they be surprised?

All cards can be signed safely. Open the card, sign, close, place inside the envelope, then remove the tab from the card (it's on the outside of the card for this purpose).
