It's been long I read a good horror novel in Malayalam. More over it's been almost 10-12 years since I read any books by the way. Now am on sick leave and have plenty of time so I decided instead of watching TV or Mobile better to read books. So I bought almost 15 books and Karuthachan was one among it. It was really entertaning and I like the mood of it. The writer done a tremendous job.

Good to read.intresting topic

but towards the end the author was trying to unnecessarily drag the thing by explaining everything that would fo no good to the story line.However author have won in creating an 'what next' factor.

I would give this book a 4.5/5 because the story is so gripping and so entertaining. - 0.5 for dragging out the story with every little details which I thought is unnecessary.. because we are already curious to know what’s next. This is such a good read and I would recommend everyone to read. Especially if you are a beginner and want to get into reading. Look no further this is it.

Karuthachan by Harinath is a gripping horror novel filled with unexpected twists and a chilling storyline. From the very beginning, the book keeps you hooked with its suspense and creepy atmosphere.The twists are really well written and keep you guessing until the end. If you enjoy horror stories that mess with your mind and give you goosebumps, this one is highly recommended!

Karuthachan by S.K. Harinath turned out to be more of a souvenir than anything else, to help me avoid buying into marketing ploys in the future.The book was **sub-par**. The idea was pretty decent; but the story itself wasn’t that great.
