I have been useing just earpiece for 2 or 3 days now. Whenever I go more than 15 to 20 feet from my phone it automatically disconnects from my phone. it does not say anything or give you any indication that you are out of range!!!! The radio just stops. While listening to music it randomly decides to turn the volume up but when you are having a phone call and need to turn the volume up it will not go loud enough for you to fully hear the person you are talking to. Also when you are on the phone a lot of the time what they say is very mumbled or robotic.I was listening to the radio and got a phone call. It never let me Know I had a call.The little rubber pieces that cover the speaker will not fit properly in your ear. It is very uncomfortable and makes my ear sore on the inside. The little plastic piece that goes behind your ear to hold it on rubs your ear raw and digs in.It gives you no indication that the battery is low or that it is turning off it just automatically shuts off.The only good thing I have to say about this is the battery lasted roughly 8 to 10 hours before I had to be charged because when I work I listen to the radio through my earpiece and it constantly runs.

When I first got this earpiece, I thought it was wonderful. The sound was crisp and clear, easy to connect to me phone and comfortable to wear. Less than a month after getting it, it suddenly stopped working. It charges, says it's connected to my phone, but no sound whatsoever. I'm sending it back for a refund. Disappointed. EDIT ADDED - The seller emailed me with info on how to factory reset this headset, and when that didn't work, they offered a full refund or exchange. The customer service from this seller is top of the line excellent! While disappointed that the headset failed me, I am not disappointed in the service here and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

It’s awesome the run time seems to be forever the earpiece fits nice in my ear the only issue I had is that he does not give you the name of the person that was calling you and recites the number that I had questions with manufacture if there were something I could do he told me there was not there if was an update they will contact me. otherwise it was great it was not worth giving up. I use it to listen to music throughout the day while I’m at work it lasts beyond eight hours with absolutely no problems and I would totally buy no one in fact I did I bought one for my wife and she loves it as well

I love the design of this eairpiece!I do have a couple of reservations with it though... the signal quality between the phone and the eairpiece is not great by any stretch. The signal (if disconnected from a second device) constantly gives an obnoxious beeping even when still connected to the active device.Another issue is the ear strap... it comes with two and both have broken in less than a couple of months. :( the ear canal inserts are not deep enough to direct the sound into the ear either so I’m constantly having to ask the recipient of the phone call to repeat themselves and the ear strap itself is too stiff and snug so over time it hurts to wear.Overall it’s a nice design with great features but it’s not great sound and can be painful on average sized ears.

I was very impressed with the professional packaging of this product. The instructions were clear and the pairing process a snap. 20 hrs stand by is great! This fits my ears perfectly, you can’t even tell is there. The voice clarity is good.

I'm a very active person! I chase after my kids all day and like to work out quite a bit. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered I could run with it on! The sound is clear. Make sure to familiarize yourself the volume controls! I spent too much time making myself deaf while trying to find a picture!

I've received several complaints about the sound quality while using this. This is my first Bluetooth earpiece, so I really didn't know what to expect, and I am not happy with it. At least I still have time to return it.

Its ok, looks slick and nice. Very comfortable.cons: its VERY quiet, even on loudest setting, Will most likely be returning as anything out side of a quiet office makes the person talking to impossible to hear.
