Very good, but not suitable for beginners.
It's overall very good; everything is well thought out. The only thing is that in the pulse of the watches, you can guess without having to solve it.

Good quality, not so much fun though!
I love puzzle boxes and own a vast majority of the ones available on the market today so you could say I am passionate about these things. Whilst the quality is good and the mechanics is solid I would say that unfortunately the designers at Inscape somewhat misses the point of what I believe many want to see in these puzzles. This one is graded as hard and has a rated solution time in the 2.5 - 3h range. Sadly, I would venture that at least 70-80% of that time is just fiddling with the first puzzle, which isn't hard, just complex and takes quite a while (not to mention to put it back in a nice configuration again). Some of the rest of the puzzles are more of trial and error as the clues are obscure.OBS! SPOILER BEYOND THIS POINT!For instance one of the puzzles has to do with templates you have to align in specific ways on the box. There is no good clue or hint on how to align them to reach the desired result. It becomes even more of a trial and error when considering that you won't know if you've done it right until you combine all the letters you get (which, by the way, are really hard to read) to form four different words that are supposed to correlate to small images that also are extremely hard to understand what they are supposed to depict. In it self not super hard or impossible by any means, at least if you where given some indication that you are on the right track, but not so much puzzling rather than trying lots and lots of variations or just be lucky. Very hard to resolve by applying logical reasoning... With some better support system on the puzzle, better images, perhaps an arrow declaring the order, and more readable letters, it would be more fun. Now it just feels a bit tedious.SPOILER PART OVERAll in all, an ok puzzle and probably great if you have the patience with quite fiddly and puzzles that aren't hard, just take a long time.

Nice puzzle box, one big letdown....
I really liked this puzzle box, it was logically set out, with no real ambiguity as to where to turn to next... however....There is a sliding piece puzzle on one side, which, due to the way the parts are confined to the grid causes them to tilt and become stuck essentially making you have to grip and carefully slide each piece, instead of being able to flick them around with any speed. It was incredibly frustrating and, in the end, I solved this box without completing this puzzle. The solve time of 150 - 210 minutes would include about 120 minutes of dealing with this single, frustrating puzzle.Still worth adding to my collection though, the rest of the box is great!

Caesar's Riches, a beautiful puzzle
CAESAR'S RICHES is a sturdy, beautifully designed and crafted, escape room in a box.I believe it is the 2nd puzzle box manufactured by INSCAPE PUZZLES after their other beautiful puzzle, PHARAOH'S SECRET.Their difficulty rating on this puzzle is 4.5 of 5, with an approximate "puzzling" time of 150~210 minutes (2½~3½ hours).I, being an average puzzler, took way more time.I absolutely enjoyed this puzzle box. I would recommend this puzzle box to anyone 14 years an older, that enjoys a good challenge. In addition to the puzzling fun, this would display nicely on a desk or coffee table. Though a wonderful gift in itself, as with most escape room puzzle boxes, it can be used as "gift wrapping" for small items such as money, jewelry and gift cards. It's value to puzzle ratio is great. If you enjoy these type puzzles, definitely go out and buy it.Happy Puzzling!!
