Add a sheet tray underneath to catch drips.
Yes, I finally uses my pan. Bought it specifically for a class. I was surprised as to how easily the tart came out. When I looked at the finished product I was concerned.No problem and it cleaned beautifully. The only issue, which was totally my error, I needed to place the tart pan into a sheet pan or cookie tray before blind baking my crust. The crust was so buttery, it leaked onto the oven floor and set off my smoke alarm when I opened the oven door. Now I know better. As you can see, I did add the pan for the final baking. Very happy with the product!

Pastry tart pan
I am going to make a cranberry tart for thanksgiving. This pan is perfect size for my tart. Its feels durable but not real heavy
