Product broke the first time used.
The glue gun arrived on time. It took a long time to hear up. Then, the trigger broke. I've used many Trisonic products, and they were fine. This gun was probably defective. I'd like to exchange it for another one, but I don't now how.

Junk - Don't waste your money
Open the package and item broke within minutes. Item is junk. Save your money and buy a better glue gun. Contacted company and they referred me to Amazon. Wasted 9 bucks
