I bought this for my office chair to have more comfort and support and it was a waste. The vibrating settings were useless because they were extremely loud and I wasn’t able to use it in the office without disturbing others also it sounds like an extremely loud vibrator which can be embarrassing. The foam was firm and could’ve been supportive if the product was made a bit better. I ended up using the cushion for a foot rest.

Quite the opposite review. I found the pillow quite comfortable,fits my back well. wraps around well. The padding is Real firm and supports well. My only issue is the vibrator is a little fast even on low and the battery compartment does not have a cover. Other than that its a good product. Used it for a week now without an issue. Going to buy another for our motor home.

This is second pillow ordered. First returned switch did not work. This pillow vibrates fine. No problem. The zipper that closes the bottom of the pillow does not work. Un zipped and now it will not re zip. Come on folks you have a good product. A little quality control would help. Very disappointed. Will keep this pillow because I need it for severe spinal arthritis. Would like to get a good pillow sometime soon.WD Smith Salem Oregon

Not as good vibration as I hoped, but it works well.

Great Back support even if materials are cheap thats why the price is so low. Quality control could do better about the zipper but if your careful with it you won't break it. Very worth it with or without the vibration, but vibration is awesome!!!

Vibrator doesn’t stay on and is too weak to be useful. Need to constantly turn off and back on because it stops after a few seconds
