PaperMate Compatible Ballpoint Pen Refills - Medium Black - Twin Pack - Made in EU

I recently found an old Papermate pen that I've had for years and the ink had obviously dried up. I tried various places without any success for the refill(s) .... and good old Amazon came up trumps - all working well again - brilliant !!

Pleased to find these as Paper Mater original refills are non existent, I have a number of "Old" Paper Mate ball pens which these fit perfectly.The only one that it doesn't fit perfectly is my stainless steel Slim Heart pen, it fits and pops out at the tip but doesn't retract properly unless the top part of the pen is unscrewed a fraction, this is not to much of a problem and is due to the point end not having the second ridge like the original cartridges.I can live with this minor hitch as I love my Paper Mate pens........its a shame that this tiny difference mars an otherwise brilliant product.Still well worth the money to resurrect my beloved pens.

Well, they fit in the pen and they definitely are the colour that I ordered, so I would say that's a positive vote.I cannot, however speak for their longevity as I am not one to write a great deal. But they do the job splendidly.

I have purchased these before. They are perfect for my favourite pen.

Cannot use product as pen refills do not fit pen. Looks identical to current refill but obviously a very slight manufacturing difference making the refills unusable.

Just what I needed

A little dissapointed that they didn’t come in a sealed pack as did the original. Particularly so, considering the price. Only time will tell if they still work when they are needed.

A few months ago I rediscovered my beloved PaperMate Heart pen from my teens when I was having a turnout. I was really enjoying using it again, but then the refill ran out. I was upset to find that they didn't make them anymore, but pleased when I came across this product. I saw some reviews that said it was scratchy and not very nice to write with, and some others saying that an adaptation was necessary for it to fit, along with loads that said it was just the job. This made it hard to know whether it would be a good buy or not, and at £10 (more or less) a potentially comparatively expensive mistake. I need not have worried. These refills are great. They fit perfectly, write smoothly, and are just perfect. I could not be more delighted or recommend these refills more highly.
