Letter box
Good size sturdy letterbox - very complicated instructions

Missing screws
We received the mailbox yesterday. It looks sturdy and well made but the screws needed are missing. It's a little bit hard to figure out and will require a fair amount of reading. Wish it was a bit more straightforward or there were videos on installation and code setting for people who hate reading this stuff.

Works great as a night drop box
App support is glitchy, but it is workable. I reached out to the customer service and they got me an answer that fixed my issue in 30 minutes. Slot opening is about an inch and works great for keys. Door can be opened as with just a shake of the phone, a 60 sec valid passcode, a master passcode, and others. Even has a shelf that we are using as a false floor. Mounts to the wall easily enough.

Very happy with this product. This is perfect for my clients or courier drop off/ pick up without door bell. much more efficient work flow for my business!

Missing Parts
I have received the items with missing hardware..very disappointed..have to spend for installer services.

Digital Mailbox
The box is very functional, and easy to use. I just wish it had some type of weather strip around the lid to keep moisture out. I would definitely recommend it, just keep that point in mind about a moisture strip around the lid.
