Not sure it's even connected to the grounding strap. No visible wire mesh. I've not felt the relief i have with other grounding pillow cases. Nothing. I've used other cloth style pillow cases and those were more comfortable and you could see the grounding mesh.

I was pretty skeptical about this grounding stuff when I first heard about it. Been using a grounding mat for a while with mixed feelings. Decided to give this pillowcase a shot, not expecting much. Turns out, I was wrong. Been sleeping on it for a few nights and I'm waking up with more energy than I've had in years. It's high quality material and got a cool leather feel. It doesn't slip around like the mat did. For any guys out there wondering if this is the real deal -- it is. Noticed a difference in my sleep and even my morning back stiffness.

Received earthing pillow as a gift to help with sleeping. Seemed like a gimmick, but it really has helped with staying asleep longer and not waking up multiple times during night. Used as is—no smell—and with cotton pillowcase.

This pillow case was a big disappointment. It was not leather as advertised and it was poorly made. There was no apparent condutive fibers in the fabric. I do not recommend this item at all.
