helpful addition to my commercial kitchen
This unit did not come with a user's manual. I had to search the company's website to understand the proper way to set it up and use it. So far, it has been a helpful addition to my kitchen, though was expecting the pans to be a bit heavier/more durable.

I do not recommend buying this at all - do research and find something else.
Used a handful of times. Stored it in our home and took excellent care of it. I went to use it for an event we were having and it wouldn't work at all. No lights, no heat, nothing. I do not recommend buying this at all - do research and find something else. Tried troubleshooting and contacting company with no reply.
